Mandelic acid is a functional ingredient extracted from almonds. It is best suited for skin types with concerns of a combination of acne, sun damage, and mild hyperpigmentation. This is the only peel we offer that is safe for all skin types, including darker skin types.

The Modified Jessner is ideal for sensitive skins. It helps alleviate superficial scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, mild hyperpigmentation and actinic acne. A combination of 3 acids, Salicylic, Lactic, and Citric achieves recovery of lost skin tone, texture and luminosity.

The melanostop peel is specifically designed to treat hyperpigmentation of all origins. The combinations of acids are exclusively formulated to assist in reversing the appearance of melasma, post -inflammatory hyperpigmentation and sun damage. For severe cases, we suggest the Melanostop Peel prior to a Cosmelan Mask. We recommend the peel in six consecutive applications with 2 week intervals in between treatments. An application every 6 months as maintenance, thereafter.

Cosmelan® is an incredibly safe and effective treatment for actinic keratosis caused by long term sun exposure and natural aging. It also effectively treats disorders characterized by excessive dark pigment production such as melasma. Because it blocks the melanin creation process, it is invaluable for people of darker color and is far safer than an IPL treatment for clients with these skin types. Cosmelan is an effective acne treatment as well. The first dose must be administered by our staff and is then followed by daily in-home treatments, a second Cosmelan Mask is applied within 2 weeks along with continued daily in-home treatments.
